About Us
History of Satsuma Seafood
We started our business in Satsuma,LA from a small fisherman's town Empire,LA after losing everything in Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Soon after moving to Satsuma we started our small business in a 16x20 shed with a couple of icechest ,table,and awning over the front. At first it was a slow start. The more people who learned about us and about the quality that we demanded our business began to grow. Within a couple of years we had out grown our lil shed and decided to expand. We now equipped with a nice size building for our customers.
We have been in business for 14 years now and hope for many more to service our community. It is the continued support of our customers and hard work that has kept us here!
